Marc helped us buy a house in our new town and helped sell the house we were living in. The new home was a new build, so it was a lengthy process. He met us at the build site each time that we visited and worked with the other realtor to ensure everything was going to plan. He is very knowledgeable about the Valley. In selling our home in Northern Virginia, he held two open houses and worked with a local photographer for great photos and marketing. We sold during a traditionally slow time of year and we were still able to close quickly and get a great price. Marc is great to work with. He's very laid back but always responsive, and is very strategic in his negotiations. He doesn't push his opinion at any. point but is direct and will tell you anything you want to know. He stayed in the loop after our offer was accepted and continued to guide us through the process. There surely isn’t enough space in this review to encompass my gratitude for Marc. My partner and I were first-time homebuyers, myself the first in my family. I just made a life-changing move across the U.S. The move had about twenty-six moving parts, but working with Shannon Harrington was a highlight and maybe the one “stress-free” aspect of the epic move. It might be a little unusual for the sellers to write a review for the buyer's realtor but Shannon (representing our buyers) was such a pleasure to work with that we wanted to give her some praise. Shannon Harrington and her teammates are some of the most knowledgeable, approachable, and patient people I’ve ever met. I had been looking for a couple of years for just the right property as far north as Winchester, VA, and as far south as Lexington, VA. Along the way, I came across Shannon’s website, and after sending her a note, she replied right away. We had a lovely meet and greet via phone, and then she joined me on my home-finding journey!
